Invoices are sent via email on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on your package.
Payment method is via bank transfer to account details on your invoice
Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issue.
Late payments may incur a late fee of 20% after 3 days unless agreed in writing

Yes, for retainer packages and large projects, a deposit may be required upfront. I also provide a simple service agreement outlining the scope of work and payment terms.

Hourly services: Cancel anytime, and only be billed for completed work.
Retainer packages: Require a 7 notice for cancellations, and unused hours do not roll over.
Project work: Deposits are non-refundable once the project has started.
